The Fynske Regiment in the Danish Army fought both Lund and Fyllebro in 1676 with 2 battallions.
Here it is represented at 1:1 ratio; at the Battle of Fyllebro the 1st battalion had 412 men, while the 2nd had 276 men
Here above are visible the colours of the Fynske 1st Regiment (4 per Battallion) and the Major-Colonel
Here the Fynske Regiment is operating with the Livregiment (in red) at the Battle of Lund
impressive. Like to see more Scanian war.
ReplyDeleteThanks Ralphus. It is a project I stopped years ago, just at the very moment to complete it (just 3 infantry regiments were missing); also the quality of print was not as now but still it is one of the project I went far, almost to its end. I will publish some pictures more once I did. Thanks again
ReplyDeletehave you thought of making the images for people to use?
ReplyDeleteyou mean the templates of the papersoldiers?
ReplyDeleteyes wargaming with paper soldiers is quite popular at the moment and I don't think anyone does Scanian war.
ReplyDeletewell, for me paper soldiers have been my passion since a kid. At the epoch I was drawing one by one. Now it is much easier. I don't know if people would be interested. In the case I would give willingly. The Scanian paper soldiers were drawn years ago (if you scroll my posts you can see how I improved) so I don't know if they are worthy. As you can see I like particular periods (for example the 1848 First Italian War of Indipendence)
