THE FYNSKE REGIMENT 1676 - DANEMARK

The Fynske Regiment in the Danish Army fought both Lund and Fyllebro in 1676 with 2 battallions. 

Here it is represented at 1:1 ratio; at the Battle of Fyllebro the 1st battalion had 412 men, while the 2nd had 276 men

SCANIAN WAR 1676 - 1677

One of my past projcet - how many did I started and neve ended? - was the war of Scanian in 1676-1677 between Sweden and Danish (and Prussians too).
An important part of this wargame was the reasearch of the uniforms and of the colours of the units that partecipated in this war.

In these pictures a Danish Regiment is arraying for battle.

AUSTERLITZ 1805

A little example of the possibilities that the papersoldiers can give you. In this case a French unit is attacking in the very morning of 5th December 1805 a farm defended by a little platoon of the Russian Novgorod Regiment.

The papersoldiers have been glued on stand for 4/5 figures each. Some of them have also Officers.

THE AUSTRIAN GENERAL STAFF

It is interesting to try to reproduce the Austrian General Staff at the Battle of Leuthen. The informations about  Aides de Campsare quite reduced. Therefore I used some paintings to have an idea. I also think that the Hussars were used as couriers to carry orders to the troops; 

There are also some units of the Mercy Regiment;Here underneath I indicated the names of the officers (in blue the real ones and in red the invented one: the Capitan of the Eszterhazy Regiment)

WARGAMING WITH PAPERSOLDIERS

It has always been my dream to re-fight the battles of the past, representing a huge number of soldiers, trying to have the maximum ratio to scale down the numbers.
